5 Easy Ways to Increase the Speed of Your Email With Exchange Server 2020

Exchange Server 2020 is a system-level Microsoft database. It is a server that provides an e-mail platform, a back-end application and a connection to the Internet. It is used for many purposes ranging from business-to-business (B2B) to consumer-to-consumer (C2C). In this article, you will find five easy ways to increase the speed of your email with Exchange Server 2020.

Before anything else, let us see how we can configure and use Client Access. For it, you need to open a web browser and access an IP address that has access to the Internet.

The first step is to log into the Exchange server through the web. By default, the screen will be white and the background will have a blue theme.

On the Exchange Server, you will see the Connections tab. On the left-hand side, the server name will be listed. Next to it is the Site address where you can connect to your mail server and the browser.

To connect to the internet, click on the link that shows in your browser window. A website is opened. There, you will be required to enter your user name and password.

To login with the Internet, click on the link that will be shown on the main page. After that, you can type the user name and password that you got when you configured your account. If you are not sure, you can use the default user name and password to connect.

The next step is to configure your Exchange Server. Click on Configure Exchangesetup tab. Then, click on the Send connector link to open the Add connector screen.

The next step is to configure the Exchange accounts that you want to use. Go to the Account page and click on the Account Settings link. Here, you will find a list of all the Exchange accounts that you have. You have to make sure that the account you are going to use will have the proper permissions to send mails to the mailbox or send mails to all mailboxes that you need.

There are also some options that you can enable for your add mailbox. For this, you have to click on the Add New mailbox button. A dialog box will appear asking for the account name, user name and password for the account.

The process for email delivery is complete. And if you are running Exchange 2020 or earlier, all your mailboxes will be connected automatically with the Exchange Server, just like what you were able to do with your other mailboxes.
